I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer, uploading.

Apart from the few packages that I maintain as a DM, I have worked on
some other packages for QA and NMU uploads for a while. Also updated few
java packages which has been uploaded as part of team upload.
I would like to continue working on QA and NMU uploads and upload them
directly.
