I have personally worked with Zygmunt Bazyli Krynicki. We worked
together on the "command-not-found" package back in 2005/2006. More
recently we worked together on the snapd software. Zygmunt is one of
the upstream developers of this software and is doing a good job of
maintaining the snapd packages. I trust that he will do a great job
maintaining this package (and the other packages he is upstream for).
