For nm.debian.org, at 2016-08-26:
I support Sunil Mohan Adapa <email@example.com>'s request to become
Debian Maintainer. I have worked with Sunil Mohan Adapa on the
FreedomBox project, where he has been an active contributor both to
the infrastucture part (for example freedombox-setup) and the
administrative web interface part (plinth).
I have personally worked with Sunil Mohan Adapa <firstname.lastname@example.org>
(key BCBEBD57A11F70B23782BC5736C361440C9BC971) for two and a half
year, and I know Sunil Mohan Adapa can be trusted to have upload
rights for his own packages, right now. In fact, I commonly upload
the packages he prepare directly from git, and there is rarely any
need for guidance before the packages are ready to go into Debian.
