For nm.debian.org, at 2020-09-01:
I support Henry-Nicolas Tourneur <debian@nilux.be>'s request to become Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with Henry-Nicolas Tourneur on several packages in the context of GUI software for the Librem 5 smartphone since April 2020.

I have personally worked with Henry-Nicolas Tourneur <debian@nilux.be> (key 352FBF2D3FA41D25DCAA8910DD0C9594DF926C90) for five months,
and I know Henry-Nicolas Tourneur can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.

To me, Henry-Nicolas Tourneur has demonstrated all qualities that I want to see
in a Debian Maintainer. Henry-Nicolas Tourneur is hard working, dedicated to
technical correctness, works well in a team, eager to learn more, fast at
improving their skill, puts our users first and understands the principles of
free software licenses. I cannot think of any reason why I wouldn't trust
Henry-Nicolas Tourneur with upload rights for the packages that we maintained
together during the past months. I am certain they will do an excellent job and
I am looking forward to seeing them become a DD one day.
