trusted with upload rights to the packages they maintain.
Please be verbose if you can. You may want to write the advocacy in a

nm.debian.org, Eric Heintzmann <heintzmann.eric@free.fr>, 2016-09-03
I support Eric Heintzmann <heintzmann.eric@free.fr>'s request to become Debian
Maintainer. I have worked with Eric Heintzmann on gnustep libraries for almost
a year and I would like to be able to not have to spend time sponsoring
packages for him, they are wonderful packages and he should be able to just
upload them.
I state that Eric has the technical skills needed to maintain Debian packages.
I support his application to become a Debian Maintainer because he has a great
understanding of the packaging process and policies and is also happy to ask
for help when he is not able to find an answer to a problem in the
documentation.

For nm.debian.org, at 2016-09-03:
I support Eric Heintzmann <heintzmann.eric@free.fr>'s request to become Debian
Maintainer. I have met Eric Heintzmann in person when he kindly requested me
to sign his GPG Key in Toulouse, France.
I haven't personally worked with Eric Heintzmann <heintzmann.eric@free.fr> (key
B73D141C9624CFF7ECC54E53A8822153B391646D) but when I met him in person we
discussed about Debian and he showed to understand Debian packaging process and
Debian Policy.
In addition, reading from the previous advocate written by Iain R. Learmonth
and the fact that he maintains gnustep that has a considerable popcon, makes me
believe that he can be trusted to handle and have upload rights.
Best regards,
