I helped with sponsoring Fabio in some packages zthreads, 2vcard, suede, etktab
and I believe that he can work on the for their own packages.

I have personally worked with Fabio Augusto De Muzio Tobich <ftobich@gmail.com> (key 97304066E5AEFAC22683D03D4FB3B4D37EF63B2E) along 8 weeks in this event "Fique em casa use Debian"(1)
that we did packaging technique workshops,
and I know Fabio Augusto De Muzio Tobich can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right now.

I am very glad to say that I fully support Fabio Augusto De Muzio Tobich
<ftobich@gmail.com>'s request to become a Debian Maintainer.

Fabio has very good packaging skills. He always tries to follow all Debian
standards and fix all possible issues in his packages. Currently, Fabio maintains
seven packages. He also did some NMU and QA's. I sponsored several of these
packages and I can assure that Fabio will be a great DM and a good future DD. I
am very happy with his work.

Finally, I know Fabio Augusto De Muzio Tobich (key
97304066E5AEFAC22683D03D4FB3B4D37EF63B2E) can be trusted to have upload rights
for their own packages, right now.
