Application Manager report
For
Phil Morrell <debian@emorrp1.name> to become DD, non-upl., an Application Manager has
a look at all the information collected on this site, has a look to past contributions,
asks a few questions if needed, and tries to build some trust that Phil Morrell
should indeed be Debian Developer, non-uploading.
The applicant will be notified once an Application Manager is assigned, and the AM will contact them.

After looking at Phil Morrell <debian@emorrp1.name>'s contributions and after exchanging some emails to
get to know them a bit better, I agree with the advocates that Phil Morrell <debian@emorrp1.name> can
and should indeed be a Debian Developer, non-uploading right now.
After having gone trough NM together, I am confident that emorrp1 knows Debian well
and will be a positive contributor to the project.
