I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Maintainer.
I have worked on ziproxy packaging (since 2008) and udptunnel
packaging (since 2011). I had also maintained halevt and I did a QA upload
on mailcheck package.
I would like to be able to upload packages by myself. I also want to continue
helping with RFA/O/RFP packages.
