Details from dank:
I would like to apply to change my status in Debian to Debian Developer,
uploading. I have worked on maintaining packages (particularly Notcurses
and Growlight), done some work on the Rust team, and am currently
proposing integration of Growlight with d-i as a new disk preparation
methodology. I would like to be able to upload, to mentor new applicants,
to vote, and to otherwise take a greater role in this Project that has
played such a great role in my life.
