I looked at James Lu <james@overdrivenetworks.com>'s contributions and
exchanged some emails to get to know them better. They showed a great
understanding of Debian's philosophy and procedures, and they have performed
good packaging work in the past, also answering correctly my questions about
packaging and technical skills during the process. I shall add James Lu seems
to be a very friendly person to work with and I am convinced they will be a
great Debian member.

I agree with the advocates that James Lu <james@overdrivenetworks.com> can and
should indeed be a Debian Developer, uploading right now.
