I support Braulio Henrique Marques Souto <firstname.lastname@example.org>'s request to
become a Debian Maintainer.
Braulio is an officer of the Brazilian Air Force. This organization has adopted
Debian for their network servers since 2004 and Braulio is a manager of systems.
He has a degree in dentistry, but knows computers very well. Currently, Braulio
is pursuing a degree in Computer Science. He strictly uses Free Software in his
life since 2007 and he has used packaging for a few years to deploy some special
medical applications for hospitals of the Air Force. On Debian Project, Braulio
maintains some packages that I sponsored. He has very good skills in packaging
and he learns easily about new procedures. He has the technical competence and a
good overview to be a DM.
I have personally worked with Braulio Henrique Marques Souto <email@example.com>
(key FB39DE61869F49D5CCC83AE0D53A15D983A10B94) and I know Braulio Henrique
Marques Souto can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages, right
