I support Marius Gripsgard <marius@ubports.com>'s request to become a Debian
Developer, uploading.

We have worked together on Qbs package and he helped me to port it from qmake
to cmake (which was a non-trivial task given complexity of the package) and
made some other packaging improvements.

Also he helps to maintain qtsystems, which is one of the semi-official addons
for Qt 5. Finally, I would mention his work on qtmir, for example recently he
fixed a build failure in that package which was preventing Qt 5 from migrating
to testing.

I have personally worked with Marius Gripsgard <marius@ubports.com>
(key 9BAE683E99C32552D76F9E83BAF9CEC3F6922789) for one year, and I know Marius
Gripsgard can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised,
unrestricted upload rights, right now.
