I support François Mazen <francois@mzf.fr>'s request to become a Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked with François Mazen on gtg and freefem++ packages
for 2 years and I consider them as having sufficient technical competence.

I have worked with François Mazen <francois@mzf.fr>'s on freefem++ and gtg and also reviewed some
of their other packages in the science team, and have always been impressed with the quality of their
work. Their packaging skills reflects good technical competence. They are also friendly to work with
and are quick to respond to and incorporate any feedback that's given.

I have no doubts that they should be a DD, and making them one would be an amazing addition to the project.

I have personally worked with François Mazen <francois@mzf.fr>
(key 86A5ABD6FFDB0A0C7F5057D34797FA721C351C9E) since ~2 years, and I know François Mazen
can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.

I support François Mazen <francois@mzf.fr>'s request to become a Debian
Developer, uploading. I have worked with François Mazen on ceres-solver for 1
year and I consider them as having sufficient technical competence.

I could work with François on a library transition for ceres-solver and they
were able to do the necessary work to complete it. I have also reviewed some of
their work on this package (granted DM permissions as they were managing it
well) and on other ones, which is of great quality. The interactions with
François are smooth and friendly, I am convinced having them on board is great
for the Debian project.
