I support Kiran S Kunjumon <kiran@disroot.org>'s request to become a 
Debian Developer, non-uploading. Kiran was very active in organizing 
many Debian and FLOSS events in Kerala.

I have worked with Kiran in organizing DebConf23, Kochi. He took the 
complex task of logistical arrangements (Computers, A/V, network 
equipment), helped with venue networking and many more. Kiran did an 
excellent job with all the tasks he took.

I have personally worked with Kiran S Kunjumon <kiran@disroot.org>
(key 699C5377DFDDE1A672363FB60D598BD7BC822E10) for years, and I know 
Kiran S Kunjumon can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, right 
now.

consider them as having sufficient technical competence.

I have also worked with them to organize Mini DebConf Kochi and met them at
many Free Software events. We also work together in maintaining Free Software
powered public services of https://fsci.in

I am sending this mail because I'm thrilled to see Kiran S Kunjumon
intends to become a Debian Developer, non-uploading. I met Kiran in
DebConf22 in Kosovo, but really came to know him while organizing
DebConf23 in India. I did not attend DebConf23, but did travel to
India for the Tamil Nadu miniDebConf, about six months earlier.

Kiran is a committed, happy and always energetic person, always willing
to help, and always willing to do the extra work. In my trip to India,
I was with two other DebConf orga team members, and Kiran was
fundamental helping us move around, understand the particular cultural
bits we needed to secure the venues where we worked, and do the
necessary visits.

I am sure Kiran will continue working in areas benefiting Debian.
