I support David Mohammed <fossfreedom@ubuntu.com>'s request to become Debian Maintainer.
I have worked with David Mohammed on a lot of budgie-* related packages since
more than one year, in both Debian and Ubuntu, and I would like to be able to see him
doing the great job he does in Ubuntu alone here too.

I have personally worked with David Mohammed <fossfreedom@ubuntu.com>
(key 1E1FB0017C998A8AE2C498A6C2EAA8A26ADC59EE) for 1.5 years,
and I know David Mohammed can be trusted to have upload rights for their own packages,
right now.

Thanks for bringing budgie-desktop in Debian!

Reviewing David's uploads is boring: not enough errors for a proper chewing. 
Thus, let's move him to self-service so we have more time for shouting at
people who deserve being shouted at.
