2019-11-15 20:35	rajudev	-	proc_close	I started this process last year with the goal to become a non uploading DD. Since then a lot has happened in my professional and personal life, causing this process to get stalled for various reasons. Initially my AM was not responsive, and I got assigned a new AM. Later I became unresponsive while my new AM was very good to me. I have been suggested by a few DDs that I should have applied for an uploading DD as I already maintain packages(although few) and I am enough aware of the packaging process. Since this process got stalled ( for whatever reasons) I have decided to close this process and start again. This time, I'll strive to actively maintain packages as well I would be applying for a status of DD(uploading) this time. Thanks and apologies to all the people who advocated for me in this process.
