I support Raju Nirmala Devidas <rajudev@disroot.org>'s request to become Debian Developer, non-uploading.
I have worked with Raju Nirmala Devidas for many years now organizing Debian and Free Software events in Pune.
I also worked with in ruby team and sponsored his rubygem packages. He has brought many new contributors to Debian
though his talks and active participation in Indian Linux User Group, Delhi (ilugd). He is also an active
contributor of Hamara Linux project, which is a derivative of Debian.

I have personally worked with Raju Nirmala Devidas <rajudev@disroot.org> (key 8B86AB89F5BD1943161A3072439CA88DB0788FF3) for
 many years, and I know Raju Nirmala Devidas can be trusted to be a full member of Debian, right now.

 non-uploading.

 Raju is organizing and driving Debian through series of Mini-DebConfs and events
 in India. He is also working with Debian Derivates project. I know Raju from
 last 3 years very well and personally met him couple of times and can be trusted
 to be a full memeber of Debian, right now.

Developer, non-uploading. Raju is an active member of the Debian India
community. He has been organizing and driving many Debian related events and
conferences in India and has also been providing great support for regional
events like DebUtsav. He is also working with Debian Derivatives project and is
associated with the Outreachy Internship as a co-mentor for the same.

I trust Raju to be a full member of Debian and know that he will do great as
one.
