I would like to advocate Sudip Mukherjee <sudipm.mukherjee@gmail.com> for DM status.

While it's irregular to open this process less than two months after the
first upload, Sudip's work so far has been far more intense than most other
contributors'.  He maintains four packages on his own, and does a lot of QA
uploads for neglected packages.  From both categories, I've reviewed+uploaded
12 total, 9 unique.
