existing work within Debian and believe it to be of a sufficient standard that they can be
trusted with upload rights to the packages they maintain.
Please be verbose if you can. You may want to write the advocacy in a

For nm.debian.org, at 2019-12-29:
I would like to advocate Sudip Mukherjee <email@example.com> for DM status.
While it's irregular to open this process less than two months after the
first upload, Sudip's work so far has been far more intense than most other
contributors'. He maintains four packages on his own, and does a lot of QA
uploads for neglected packages. From both categories, I've reviewed+uploaded
12 total, 9 unique.
Key B8340990283D8D9BC1949AC74799A35146D12B35 matches signatures on .dsc·s
I thus believe Sudip can be trusted with the limited upload rights DMs get.
