It's very, very overdue to make Gürkan Myczko a Debian Developer.  He's been
here longer and done far more work than the vast majority of DDs.  Not
counting NMUs, that's 1390 uploads of 390 packages.  Since 2003!

I've been sponsoring most of Gürkan's uploads for several years, and I see
that quality issues are gone.

Thus, I believe that Gürkan can be granted full DD rights.  I can't verify
key B60A1BF363DC1319FF0A8E89116852BCDF7515C0 but I have no reason it's not
his.

I support Gürkan Myczko's request to become Debian Developer, uploading.

While I haven’t worked a lot with Gürkan, I have seen and used some of his work, and I know he totally knows what he’s doing.

I believe Gürkan Myczko <gurkan@phys.ethz.ch> can be trusted to be a full member of Debian and have full upload rights right now.
