With sure, Debian will incresae a lot in technical quality with Fabio as DD.

I have personally worked with Fabio Augusto De Muzio Tobich <ftobich@gmail.com>

last year.

Fábio is always following the activities of the Debian Brazil community and my
first contact with him to sponsor an upload of his was in a packaging workshop
at the online event "#FiqueEmCasaUseDebian". Since then I have sponsored several
uploads, such as QA, ITP and others. He works on the package with great care.

I know Fabio Augusto De Muzio Tobich can be trusted to be a full member of
Debian, and have unsupervised, unrestricted upload rights, right now.

I have known Fabio since Brazilian Packaging Sprint 2020 (Maratona de 
Empacotamento Debian, in Brazilian Portuguese[1]). Since this event, I have 
worked with Fabio over several packages. He has very good skills in packaging 
and he already is a DM.

Fabio has a special care over the packages and he always tries to improve them 
in the best way. He has a deep knowledge about Debian and FLOSS. Fabio likes to 
find solutions for problems in packages by itself. I think he will be another 
important contributor, acting as Debian Developer. So, I wish to see Fabio 
Tobich as a DD soon.
